Slow Stomp is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It unleashes a shockwave from the user's weapon that reduces the Agility of a group of enemies.

Details

Slow Stomp can be learned by Rhinothrope at level 24 and costs 36 MP to use. It inflicts 175% potency physical damage to all enemies in a small T-shaped area in front of it and can reduce their AGL for 3 turns.
