Chilling Chuckle is a mockery skill that reduces the Tension of its targets and is one of the signature moves of the templar Angelo.

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King[edit]
Angelo learns Chilling Chuckle after allocating 52 skill points into his Charisma skill tree, replacing Sarcastic Snigger. It costs 3 MP to use, and will target a group of enemies.
