Details
Storm Claw can be learned by Draguar at level 54 and Great sabrecub with the Blossoming Talent sidequest. It costs 39 MP to use and deals 285% potency Woosh-type physical damage to one enemy. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
