Hades Pit can be learned by Phantom fencer at level 22, Wyrtoise at level 28, and Striking sabrecat at level 46. It costs 26 MP to use and inflicts moderate Zam-type martial damage to all enemies in a radius of 1 around the user. It can also be taught to any unit by using a Hades Pit scroll, which can be purchased from the limited Dragon Quest II event shop for 1,500 medals or received as a reward for completing the seventh stage of the Halloween king's Battle Road.
