Starkers is a bonus party member available in the remakes of Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride.
He joins the party after the player completes the bonus T'N'T board successfully, which is only available after defeating Estark. Starkers is the son of Estark, and although he lacks any resistances and is very weak at first, at high levels he is easily the strongest character in the game, though he does not start to gain significant stat increases until around level 60.
After his debut, he has appeared in the Monsters series of spin-off titles.
