Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
Whip Whack is Red's ultimate lashing technique, taking one hundred skill points to master. It costs 7 MP to use, and will deal 130% damage to all enemies with a 1/8th chance to instantly kill the targets. This chance ignores immunity to instant death for all non-boss monsters, and even works on metal slimes.
