PASSION Plunge is a skill exclusive to Morrie in the Nintendo 3DS port of the eighth game.

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King
The technique deals between 100%~200% damage to a single target and ignores defence, with Morrie taking half of the total as recoil damage. He will learn how to perform the skill after investing one hundred points into the Fisticuffs section of his skill tree, and it costs 8 MP to use. Unfortunately, PASSION Plunge will not work on metal slimes.
