Appearances
Dragon Quest X
Starstrike is unlocked by investing 35 points into the whip skill tree. It differs from most whip skills by targeting a single enemy with the physical strike itself, but the burst of light-elemental energy also damages surrounding enemies for 40% of the initial strike's total. The dazzle effect can last for up to one minute.
Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
Veronica learns starstrike for 14 skill points. It takes 5 MP to use and deals 110% light damage to one enemy group, with a 25% chance to dazzle each target.
Dragon Quest Heroes II: Twin Kings and the Prophecy's End
Jessica will learn starstrike upon reaching rank 2 in her whip skills, and it costs 11 MP to use.
