Although they had no physically appeared in the game itself, Beelzebuzzes are mentioned by a Giant moth in the cut scene after clearing Stage 3 of King kelp's Battle Road.

• Beelzebuzz's gimmick in IV of only having the spell Kerplunk in its moveset is succeeded by the Bomboulder for most of its future apperances and Pigmalion in VIII.
