Burred Blade
Burred Blade is a recurring skill in the Dragon Quest series. It is one of Hussar's signature abilities, using his sword to unleash a lightning bolt to repeatedly strike an enemy.

Dragon Quest XEdit
Burred Blade is one of Hussar's unique abilities. He uses his greatsword to strike an enemy with a lightning bolt centered around a target, dealing lightning-elemental damage four times for 8 MP. It also has a high chance to reduce the target's resistance to all elements.
- In the Offline version of the game, it can be learned through the Greatswords panel on his character builder for 30 skill points. It now costs 14 MP to use and only has a chance to reduce the target's fire resistance.
Dragon Quest TactEdit
Burred Blade can be learned by Hussar at level 22 and costs 38 MP to use. It has a range of up to two squares away from him and inflicts minor Zap-type spell damage proportional to his ATK to an enemy four times and has a chance to inflict paralysis.
