Ignite Blade is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of the Overkilling machine's signature abilities, burning down a single enemy's defences with a superheated slash from its sword.

Ignite Blade can be learned by Overkilling machine through Talent Blossoming and costs 66 MP to use. It has a range of up to three squares away from it, inflicts 320% potency Frizz-type physical damage to a single enemy, and can greatly reduce their DEF for three turns. Upgrading the skill increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
