Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake[edit]
Call to Arms was retroactively added to the 2024 remake as a Merchant skill, learned at level 36 if their wisdom exceeds 96 points. It costs 1 MP and 50 Gold times the user's level to deal four Strike-element attacks at random monsters. The damage calculation is dependent on the target enemy's level, being 160~180% if the Merchant is at a lower level than the foe, 180~220% if the two are of the same level, and 220~240% if the Merchant is at a higher level.
Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation[edit]
Call to Arms costs 50g x user's level, and strikes four random targets at (Levelx2)+25). It is learned by mastering the Merchant vocation.
Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past[edit]
The skill can be learned by reaching rank 6 of the Malevolantern vocation, and damage is calculated the same was as before.
- In the 3DS version the skill was changed to strike all enemies on screen once, effectively dealing only 1/4th of it's prior damage during boss battles. The animation for the skill now shows a platoon of jiggery-pokerers charging the enemy instead of a mere dust cloud.
