Deceleratle Blade is a recurring skill in the Dragon Quest series. It sends a shockwave from the user's sword that slows a group of enemies.

Deceleratle Blade can be learned by various monsters and costs 34 MP to use. It deals 60% strength slashing damage to all enemies and has a chance to reduce their Agility by two stages.
Dragon Quest Tact
Deceleratle Blade can be learned by Sintaur at level 28 and Gyldenaut at Level 34, costing 36 MP to use. It has a range of two squares in front of the user and inflicts 175% potency physical damage to all enemies in a range of three squares horizontally, as well as having a chance to reduce their AGL.
