Angelic Surf is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Summer Angel Seraphi's signature abilities, restoring a large amount of HP to allies with a soothing wave that helps protect them against breath attacks.

Angelic Surf can be learned by Summer Angel Seraphi at level 31 and costs 78 MP to cast. It has a range of up to three squares away from her and can also be used on herself, restoring a major amount of HP and increasing the breath resistance of all allies in a plus sign-shaped area of effect. Upgrading the skill increases the amount of HP restored and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
