Golden Spike is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of the Golden globe's signature abilities, firing off a cluster of its sharp spines at an enemy that become embedded in the ground for a short time.

Golden Spike can be learned by Golden globe at level 22 and costs 36 MP to use. It has a range of up to three squares away from it, inflicts 65% potency physical damage to a single enemy three times, and generates a thorn space on the same square for two turns. Any units that end their turn on a thorn space will take 100 damage.
