Grotesquely Big Fist is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Psaro the Manslayer's signature abilities, delivering an explosive slam at helpless foes and pulls them closer to the Master of Monsterkind with a giant, misshapen demonic hand.

Grotesquely Big Fist can be learned by Psaro the Manslayer through Talent Blossoming and costs 97 MP to use. It inflicts 270% potency physical Bang-type damage to all enemies in a fan-shaped area in front of Psaro and pulls them two spaces closer to him. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
