Icy Chains is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of the Queen slime's signature abilities, pulling in any unfortunate enemies closer to her with a frozen lasso made of ice crystals.
Details[edit]
Icy Chains can be learned by Queen slime at level 56 and costs 80 MP to use. It has a range of three squares in front of her and inflicts major Crack-type martial damage to all enemies in a range of three squares horizontally and also pulls them 1 space closer to her. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
