Phoenix Exhale
Phoenix Exhale is a breath skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Ramia's signature abilities, emitting a blessed breath towards her allies that seeps into their bodies to replenish their health.

Phoenix Exhale can be learned by Ramia at level 54 and costs 80 MP to use. It restores a major amount of HP to all allies in a fan-shaped area in front of her. Upgrading the ability increases the amount of HP recovered and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
