Havre Léon (Haville in the NES version) (also ハバリア, Havaria) is a harbor town in Dragon Quest IV.
Story
Chapter 4: After their defeat at the hands of Marquis de Léon, Meena and Maya leave from here to Endor.
Chapter 5: Shortly after the sisters fled, Marquis de Léon forbade any ships going to and from Havre Léon. Eventually, Royal Soldier Ragnar McRyan visited the prison and learned about The Marquis, prompting him to leave for Palais de Léon.
Following that, the sisters returns along with the party of the The Hero's and learned about the Magic Key from the former weapon shop owner, who told them to ask about it in Aubout du Monde.
