Rude Awakening is an ability from Dragon Quest VII that heals a confused or sleeping ally.

In the original Playstation version, Rude Awakening (or Mineuchi as it was originally localized) is a hybrid ability learned by advancing to rank 5 as a Warrior or Shepherd immediately after completing the other.

In the 3DS version, hybrid abilities no longer exist and Rude Awakening is instead learned by advancing to rank 5 as a Warrior.
