Cave of the Necrogond

The Gondo Cave (Cave of the Necrogond) is a cave in the overworld of Dragon Quest III. The cave connects to the Gondo Shrine which is the location of the Silver Orb. It is typically one of the last locations visited prior to confronting Baramos.
Difficulty
The cave is notable for its high level of difficulty compared to locations visited prior to it. The cave is quite long and complicated and contains strong monsters throughout.
Treasures
The cave contains 2 important treasures, the Thunder Sword and the Swordedge Armor.
