Deceleratle Blade is a recurring skill in the Dragon Quest series. It sends a shockwave from the user's sword that slows a group of enemies.

Deceleratle Blade can be learned by various monsters and costs 34 MP to use. It deals 60% strength slashing damage to all enemies and has a chance to reduce their Agility by two stages.
Dragon Quest Tact
Deceleratle Blade can be learned by Gyldenaut at Level 34 and costs 36 MP to use. It has a range of two squares in front of it and inflicts 175% potency physical damage to all enemies in a range of three squares horizontally, as well as having a chance to reduce their AGL.
