Seethe costs 10 MP and will increase the power of the next physical attack by 50%, and also makes it difficult for the target to dodge the blow. Seethe is learned through the Airhead, Assassin, Fallen Angel Corvus, Martial Maven, Musclehead, Power Player, and Razerburn talents.
