Patty's Party Planning Place ルイーダの酒場 (Rudia's Tavern or Luida's Bar in the Japanese versions) is a specialty location owned by Patty in Dragon Quest III.

It is located in the starting town of Aliahan, in the northwestern most corner. It consists of 2 separate NPCs behind counters who control party member creation and addition/dismissal from the player's party. It is the basis for the party system in Dragon Quest III.
