Patty's Party Planning Place ルイーダの酒場 (Rudia's Tavern or Luida's Bar in the Japanese versions) is a specialty location owned by Patty in Dragon Quest III and Dragon Quest VI.
Appearances
Dragon Quest III
It is located in the starting town of Aliahan, in the northwestern most corner. It consists of 2 separate NPCs behind counters who control party member creation and addition/dismissal from the player's party. It is the basis for the party system in Dragon Quest III.

Trivia
There is an actual eatery in Tokyo, Japan called "Luida's Bar" based on it.
