The Hotto Steppe is a mountainous region at the base of Mount Huji located far to the southeast of Erdrea. The town of Hotto is in the north and the Gallopolis Region is in the southwest.

Story[edit]

Erik and the Luminary find themselves here after taking the teleportal at the Door of Depature to escape the clutches of Hendrik and his soldiers.

Etymology[edit]

In the original Japanese, the Hotto Steppe's Japanese name, Homusubi Sanchi (ホムスビ山地) is a reference to the Japanese fire god Kagutsuchi, who is also known by the name Homusubi. He is a patron deity of blacksmiths and ceramic workers.
