Cremate is a recurring ability in the Dragon Quest series, first introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker. It summons a trio of fiery dragons to incinerate enemies.

Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker[edit]
Cremate can be learned with 58 points in the Hawkhart II skill. It costs 32 MP to use and deals 110~134 damage to all enemies, its damage dependent on the user's level until it caps out at 337~349.
Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2[edit]
Cremate can still be learned from Hawkhart, as well as from:
- Hero of the Heavens (44 points)
- Missing lynx (87 points)
- Wildcard (12 points)
Dragon Quest: Monster Battle Road Victory[edit]
Cremate appears as a special deathblow by combining the attacks of Dread dragon, Dragonthorn, and a wand that can cast a fire spell, such as the Wizard's staff or Magma staff. It inflicts fire damage on all enemies and has the additional effect of being able to inflict paralysis, as well.
Dragon Quest Tact[edit]
Cremate can be learned by Prism peacock at Level 56 and Striking sabrecat with the Talent Blossoming sidequest and costs 84 MP to use. An Ability Scroll for it can be purchased through the Legend League Season 1 Medal Swap Shop. It deals major Frizz-type martial damage to all enemies in a radius of 1 around the user. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the MP it costs to use. Mordegon's first form also possesses the perk Cremate Stance during the Menace of Mordegon boss battle. He will automatically counterattack with Cremate if attacked by an enemy within range.
