Sand Breath, also known as Sandy Breath, is a breath attack in the Dragon Quest series. It expels a blast of sand at a group of enemies that can envelop them in illusions and is the first earth-elemental breath in the series.

Sand Breath is an enemy-only skill used by various monsters. It inflicts earth-element damage and has a chance to dazzle characters within range. The damage range changes depending the monster that uses it. The damage can be mitigated with the help of Insulatle.

Dragon Quest of the Stars

Known as Sandy Breath in this game, it is a event skill, obtained by exchanging Four Spirits Event Tickets. It deals Earth breath type damage to all enemies and can blind them.

Dragon Quest Tact

Sand Breath can be learned by Axolotl at level 44 and costs 91 MP to use. It inflicts major typeless breath damage and has a chance to blind all enemies in a T-range in front of the user. Upgrading the skill increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
