Frost Slash, also known as Glacier Slash, is a recurring skill in the Dragon Quest series, first introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker.
It imbues a melee strike with the power of ice, and replaced Kacrackle Slash for several spinoffs until both appeared in Dragon Quest Monsters: Super Light.
