Heart Breaker is a recurring ability in the Dragon Quest series. It may prevent an enemy acting their next turn approximately 25% of the time.
Appearances[edit]
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King[edit]
Yangus can use Heart Breaker as a club technique after allocating 19 skill points into the associated skill, while Morrie learns it by allocating 20 skill points in the Nintendo 3DS version. Once both of them have allocated 71 points, it is replaced by the more powerful Mind Breaker.
Mind Breaker is also the deathmove of the monster team Club Club, which can consist of Arges, Brontes, Klub kong, Pa Troll, Skeledoid, Squiggles, & Steropes.
Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies[edit]
