Rubiss's sword is a blade that first appeared in the Game Boy Color Version of Dragon Quest III, and has since been the Erdrick Trilogy's most powerful weapons. As it's name implies, it has been blessed by the Creator Goddess Rubiss Herself.

Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation[edit]
The sword is presented to the Hero by Gran Dragon after winning a battle against him. It has an attack bonus of +160, and casts Thordain when used as an item in battle. The sword can be equipped by all vocations, and any profession and use it to call down the lightening as well.
Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake[edit]
Rubiss's sword is now one of the wish rewards that Xenlon will grant the player once He is defeated at the apex of Cloudsgate Citadel. It now increases attack by an incredible +206, and casts Kazap when used as an item in battle. All vocations can equip and use the sword as before.
