Craggy Cave is a dungeon located in western Alefgard in both Dragon Quest and Dragon Quest III. It is an optional dungeon which holds various miscellaneous treasures.

Dragon Quest[edit]

The dungeon is the only optional dungeon in the game.

It is also noted as the location of the enigmatic Warrior's ring, as well as the cursed necklace.

As with many locations in Alefgard, the dungeon does not exist on the world map in II.

The Craggy Cave is one of the locations that can be visited as part of Adventure in the DQ I World: Majellan during the limited True Dragon Quest I event. The Prestidigitator can be recruited there.
