It can be used by the enemies metal dragon slimes, forky pig, oinkubi, skeleton squires, bone barons, claw breakers, hexicons, seasaurs, iron frylings, small fries, jade dragons, rashaverak, Sulkk, wingwyrms, freezing wingwyrms, Mossferatu, croaked kings, testudogres, escudogres, galumphs, gigalumphs, and grotwyrms.
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King[edit]
Munchie will use this skill if he is given Chilly cheese. On the enemy side, it can be used by both frogmen and killer croaker's backs, demonriders, frostburns, minidemons, Morrimps, silhouettes, and seasaurs, and by the Infamous Monsters Blizag Jr and Jack Frost.
Dragon Quest Monsters[edit]
Called IceAir in this game, it is an upgraded form of FrigidAir. FrigidAir will grow into IceAir when the monster reaches Level 10 with 70 HP. IceAir grows into IceStorm when the monster reaches Level 20 with 140 HP.

Chilly Breath deals Ice-element damage to enemies for 4 MP, and is learned by ham shamwitchs, icy draglings, queen slimes, shadows, silver sabrecats, valhalla vultures, and wight princes.
Dragon Quest Tact[edit]
Chilly Breath is known naturally by Great dragon at Level 1 and can be learned by Freezing fog at Level 18, Minidemon at Level 20, Skelegon at Level 22, Silhouette at Level 32, and Wharfhorse at Level 36. It costs 27 MP to use and inflicts moderate Crack-type breath damage to all enemies in a range of three squares in front of the user. It can also be taught to any unit by using an ability scroll, which can be purchased from the Event Shop during the limited Summer Festival event.
