The full moon ring is an accessory in the Dragon Quest franchise. It is designed to protect against paralysis.

Dragon Quest VIII
The full moon ring provides a defence boost of +10. It can be sold for 600 gold. It can be obtained by mixing a Gold ring and Poison moth knife in the Alchemy pot.
Dragon Quest IX
The Full moon ring can be sold for 1,250 gold but not bought. It is created through the alchemy recipe of Gold ring x 1 + Poison moth knife x 1 + Lunaria x 1. It has a defense bonus of +5 and a one star rarity. Its in game description is "A ring that provides protection against paralysis when worn."
