It's started up later in the game by [[Hank Hoffman Jr.]] who asks [[Hero (Dragon Quest IV)|The Hero]] to look for people to invite to the area and help it grow into a town. This is accomplished by going through various parts of the story, and visiting the town for detail on where to go to find a person interested in coming to the town. After every possible invite is done, the town becomes a castle, with the objective of finding the body & heart of a Sultan and resulting in said Sultan returning to normal. Immigrant Town (Dragon Quest VII)
In this game, Immigrant Town is built on the present day field which once was a town of Dialac. The town is made on the request of the old man, Sim who is presently occupied the field. There are five types of town that can be made which includes Normal Town, Farm, Cathedral, Bazaar and Slum.
