In this game, a seed of strength will increase a character's Strength by a fixed amount of 2. A seed is received as a reward for completing Quest #7: Curious Crevice. They can also be dropped rarely by Brownies and Trolls.

Once again, the amount of Strength increased by a seed is fixed at 2. Some seeds can be found in Heliodor, the Heliodorian Foothills, Gondolia, and the Heliodor Sewers in a locked room that requires the Sewer key to open. Seeds of strength are rare drops by Brownies, Trolls, Night clubbers, and Stout trolls, along with their vicious and malicious counterparts.

Dragon Quest Monsters[edit]

Known as the ATKseed in this game, it will raise a single monster's ATK by 1~2 points. They can be found randomly on the ground while exploring teleportals. The queen located above the Arena in GreatTree will also reward Terry with an ATKseed for showing her a WildApe.

Dragon Quest Treasures[edit]

The Seed of strength is Treasure No. 307 in the Items category and can be found at the Wingswept Moors. Its base value is 900,000 gold.
